One of the ways we are created in the image of God is that we use words, and because God created us this way, these words have power. No one thinks it's smart or responsible to be reckless with a firearm or with a motor vehicle, but often we are reckless with our words, which hold similar power for destruction. But our words can also bring healing and life. Today we look at how we can wield the power for life that words bring, while avoiding the danger.
