There's something terribly damaging about a defeated, grumbling attitude. Satan loves for it to grow among God's people like gangrene, and it eventually destroyed the generation of the Exodus. When their children took over, they were much... like their parents (see the book of Numbers, chapters 20-21). But then something changed. When they reached Jericho, they had a faith that could celebrate and shout in victory before the first evidence that they had won. How did this transformation take place?
